We typically scope new projects within a week of an intro call. Build phase usually begins two to four weeks after a signed scope. If you have a deadline, tell us on the first call — we'll say yes or no honestly.

Senior engineers from our core team. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes it. We do not subcontract or staff-augment with juniors.

You do. On delivery, the codebase, infrastructure, and accounts are transferred to you. Your engineers can extend or fork the work without us.

Yes. We're based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore but ship for clients in the US, EU, and ANZ. Async-first by default; we hold core overlap hours with whichever timezone you're in.

Pure design engagements without a build. Pixel-for-pixel reskins of legacy software. Anything where the only requirement is to ship a slide deck. We're an engineering studio; if there's no production code at the end, we're the wrong fit.

Fixed-price projects: deposit on signature, remainder on delivery. Retainers: monthly, paid in advance. Discovery sprints: paid up front. Everything in writing before kickoff.
